Rumors on possible closing of educational institutions not yet confirmedDecember 7, 2009 - 18:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - To prevent the outbreak of flu, educational institutions in Armenia will close for holidays ahead of time, one of Armenia's TV channels reported. However, such information has not yet been confirmed by either Government or ministries of education and health.Representatives from all above-mentioned agencies told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that no decision has been made in that regard. "Decision is expected to come at any moment," said representative from Ministry of Education and Science. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
