The official ceremony was attended by RA Minister of Transport and Communications Gurgen Sargsyan, Deputy Culture Minister Arman Khachatryan, Acting Chief Director of "HayPost Arman Khachatryan, Chairman of the Philately Federation Hovik Musayelyan. The nominal value of stamps of George Yakulov and Sedrak Arakelyan is AMD 200, stamps depicting the flora and fauna - AMD 120-160 with a total circulation of 4000 copies.
