  Runaway Nubarashen prisoners caughtDecember 19, 2009 - 12:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 18, Runaway Nubarashen prisoners Mher Yenokyan and Soghomon Kocharyan were caught through the efforts of National Security Service and Penal Department at RA Justice Ministry.Mher Yenokyan was found on December 18 in Yerevan; Soghomon Kocharyan discovered in the village of Mughni (Aragarsotn region). At present, measures are taken to clarify the circumstances of life -termers' escape, Justice Ministry press service reported.
