  Bako Sahakayan meets head of ICRC Mission in Artsakh March 22, 2010 - 18:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakayan met Monday with Ms. Sophia Pugsley, the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross Mission in the NKR, to discuss activities carried out by the organization in 2009 and the action plan for 2010.The Head of the State assessed highly the work of this authoritative international organization in Artsakh and underlined the role of the ICRC in implementation of various humanitarian projects in the republic, reported the Central Information Department of the NKR President's Office.
