Father Manuk Zeynalyan: continuing demolition of Akhaltsikhe St. Theophany church goes unpunished

On April 21, young people residing in Akhaltsikhe shocked us with news of demolition of Akhaltsikhe St. Theophany (Surb Yerevman) Armenian church, pastor of Akhaltsikhe and Borjomi Armenians, Father Manuk Zeynalyan told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

Father Manuk addressed Akhaltsikhe Municipality, yet wasn’t given a satisfactory reply. “Georgian Culture Ministry was named responsible. Demolition of St. Theophany church continues, with perpetrators going unpunished,” he stressed.
