Levon Avagyan found guilty of lecherous acts

PanARMENIAN.Net - The regular court of the Erebuni and Nubarashen communities of Yerevan has found Levon Avagyan guilty of lecherous acts in compliance with article 142 of the RA Criminal Code and sentenced him to 2 years in prison, although the lawyer of the offended party asked for 5 years of imprisonment for the teacher of Nubarshen special school.

The court decision aroused discontent of the offended party and activists, who intend to appeal the verdict.
