Return Home 2nd annual program launched in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 24, RA Diaspora Minister Hranush Hakobyan announced the launch of 2010 Return Home action.

Ceremonial action opening was attended by deputy chief of Yerevan police, deputy heads of Armavir, Ararat, Aragatsotn regional administrations, head of education department at Yerevan Mayor’s Office.

The 1st tour of the action hosted 90 participants from Georgia, Russia, Latvia, Syria, Canada and U.S.

Hranush Hakobyan thanked host families who welcomed children participating in the action as well as Armenian organizations, dioceses and heads of Yerevan communities for assistance offered, RA Diaspora Ministry press service reported.
