Children brought up in Armenian orphanages granted with AMD 350 thousand on completion of school

PanARMENIAN.Net - On August 10, 22 Armenian school graduates brought up in orphanages were granted with AMD 350 thousand each on completion of school.

The sum was allocated by the head of presidential staff, member of Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) executive body, Karen Karapetyan.

For the second time in a row, Karen Karapetyan donated his one-year salary to fulfill children’s needs.

As the head of the RPA regional programs implementation committee Hovhannes Sahakyan noted in a conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, the sums will be allocated to the housing needs of the most unprovided –for children who’ve recently been accepted to universities and colleges.

Congratulating children on becoming university students, RA NA member Hermine Naghdalyan expressed hope for the tradition to be continued by public figures and businessmen of Armenia.
