Ombudsman urges public against interfering with his work

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 26, Yerevan hosted the first news conference of recently appointed Armenia’s Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan.

At news conference, Mr. Andreasyan announced readiness to protect Armenian citizens in case their human rights are violated by governmental cadastre, Prosecutor's Office, armed forces, police and other state institutions.

At the same time, Mr. Andreasyan called on Armenian media to aid the Ombudsman in the issue mentioned. “If unable to offer help, please don't interfere with the work of the Ombudsman,” he stressed.
