VivaCell-MTS allocates AMD10mln for Nursing Congress of Armenia![]() April 27, 2011 - 13:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS is the general sponsor of the First International Nursing Congress of Armenia, providing AMD 10 million for organization of the event, the company said in a press release. The Congress aims at bringing together various perspectives about global nursing leadership development, challenges and trends. The event presided by Armenian Minister of Healthcare Harutyun Kushkyan, Chairman of the Parliament's Standing Committee on Healthcare, Maternity and Childhood Ara Babloyan and VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian was attended by the friend of Armenia, Baroness Caroline Cox, the Vice President of the Royal College of Nursing of the United Kingdom and well as famous international experts in the field. The organizers of the Congress are: the Armenian Association of Nursing Administrators, Yerevan State Medical College Erebuni, in collaboration with Global Education Development Institute (GEDI). ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
