As Diaspora Minister Hranush Hakobyan told a news conference in Yerevan, the book testifies to the key role Armenians played in the development of Baku. The book is currently being translated into English and Russian. “I hope that upon publication, we’ll be able to circulate the book abroad,” the Minister noted, characterizing the book as an adequate response to continuing Azeri disinformation.
