In that connection, Hrachya Rostomyan, Armenian Basketball Federation President, paid an official visit to Stepanakert to meet newly-elected President of NKR Basketball Federation Vazgen Mikayelyan, ABF Press Service reported to PanARMENIAN.Net RA and NKR Basketball Federations' presidents discussed a number of organizational issues. Hrachya Rostomyan expressed his willingness to contribute to the development of basketball of in Nagorno Karabakh. In 2009 NKR basketball men's and women's teams will participate in RA Adult and Junior Championships. Basketball seminar to host NKR coaches and umpires will be organized by ABF in Stepanakert in near future. ABF, KBF and NKR Sports Committee scheduled a Youth Basketball Championship to be held in Armenia this summer.
