Armenia’s youth chess team defeat Poland

PanARMENIAN.Net - A youth team chess tournament honoring international arbiter Vladimir Dvorkovich has kicked off in Moscow with participation of 8 teams from 7 countries.

Armenia is represented by Robert Agasaryan, Karen Grigoryan, Hovhannes Gabuzyan and Maria Gevorgyan.

The Armenian chess players defeated the Poland 2.5:1.5 on the first competition day.

The Armenian and Chinese teams top the tournament with 4 points each, armchess.am reported.
