International arbiter Sargis Demirchian certified by Guinness World Records

PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 15, Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon Ashot Kocharyan met with the former international arbiter Sargis Demirchian, congratulating him on being certified by Guinness World Records, Armenian Foreign Ministry’s press office reported.

Lebanese arbiter Sargis Demirchian acted as FIFA arbiter in 1962 through 1983 and inspector at 1964 and 1968 World Championships in England and Argentine.
