Thus, Armenia will continue participating in Group III in 2012. Daniil Proskura was the first to defeat Andri Jonsson 6:1, 6:0, while Khachatur Khachatryan was beaten by Birkir Gunnarsson 0:6, 4:6. But pair Khachatryan/Proskura was stronger than Icelandic tennis players and celebrated victory 2:6, 6:3, 6:1. Earlier, Armenia defeated Georgia and was beaten by Montenegro.
