IRANIAN PRESIDENT'S VISIT - NEW IMPULSE FOR BILATERAL RELATIONS, ARMENIAN PARLIAMENT SPEAKER CONSIDERS

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Iranian President's visit is a new impulse for further development of the bilateral relations, Armenian National Assembly (NA) Speaker Artur Baghdasarian stated during yesterday's meeting with Iranian leader Mohammad Khatami, NA press service reported. M. Khatami in his turn underscored that Armenia is a neighbor, with whom his country has never experienced problems. During the conversation it was noted that the Armenian-Iranian friendship deputy group was formed in the Armenian Parliament. Upon completion of the meting, the Iranian President delivered a speech in the conference hall of the National Assembly. To remind, the Iranian leader is in Yerevan within the frames of a 2-day formal visit.
