ORPHANAGE FOR GEORGIAN CHILDREN OPENED IN NINOTSMINDA

PanARMENIAN.Net - As reported by A-info news agency, an orphanage for Georgian children was opened in Ninotsminda for the children brought from the Zestafon region of Georgia. 12 Georgian children are already experiencing the hard Javakheti winter and the second group of children is due to arrive despite the fact that they are absolutely unaccustomed to the local climate. In addition, the central authorities insisted that the orphanage be financed at the expense of the local budget, which is very scant. As reported by A-info news agency, a lot of Armenian children are suffering privations in the Ninotsminda region and an orphanage could have been opened for them as well.
