OSCE AND CE RECOGNIZE TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY OF SOUTH CAUCASIAN STATES

PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE and CE recognize the territorial integrity of the South Caucasian states, joint communiqué adopted yesterday in Strasbourg, where a top "2+2" meeting was held between the Council of Europe and OSCE. In the part covering situation in the Caucasus the joint activities on settling the Georgian-Abkhazian, Georgian-Ossetian and Nagorno Karabakh conflicts as well as proposals on South Ossetia's status were highlighted. The document stresses the importance of democratic reforms via development of freedom of mass media and political pluralism and notes of the support to be rendered to the court and law enforcement bodies and other organizations.
