ELMAR MAMEDYAROV STATES ARMENIA READY TO RETURN SEVEN TERRITORIES TO AZERBAIJAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is ready to return seven "occupied" territories to Azerbaijan, Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov told journalists in Warsaw, reported Trend agency. When commenting the outcomes of the meeting of the Armenian and Azeri Presidents Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev, Mamedyarov noted that the terms of the return are being specified at the moment. In his words, the issue of the status of Nagorno Karabakh Armenia's condition. As noted by Mamedyarov, official Baku is ready to provide «highest degree of autonomy» to Nagorno Karabakh.
