Andranik Margaryan to Georgia continues, reported the Press Service of the Armenian Government. In Tbilisi the PM met with President Mikhail Saakashvili and Speaker Nino Burjanadze. In the course of the meeting the outcomes of the working visit to Samtskhe-Javakheti region populated by Armenians were summed up. A. Margaryan and his Georgian counterpart Zurab Nogaideli visited Satkha village and discussed urgent problems with population. Similar meetings were held in Ninotsminda and Akhalkalaki. The population is concerned over the same problems in these locations - securing stable salaries, improvement of roads, technical equipment of medical institutions, etc. Javakheti residents also showed interest towards the building of the Kars-Akhalkalaki-Tbilisi railway. A. Margaryan said the working visit of the two PMs will promote implementation of social and economic programs in the region. «The programs involve education, health and cultural issues, building of roads,» he remarked, adding these questions will be solved within next years taking into account the allocations of the Georgian Government and the Millennium Challenges Corporation. Armenia will assist Georgia in forming normal life conditions. «We will be consistent in the matter and I consider the work will be continuous,» he stated.
