She also said that "the European Union is going to strengthen relations with the South Caucasian states and the possibilities of high level meetings will be used for the purpose." "We are also interested to hear the opinion of President Kocharian on the neighbors and Armenia's relations with other states including Russia", Christina Gallach stated. Besides, she noted that the European Union has extremely negative attitude towards any statements on military settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. "We have many times stated that peaceful negotiations is the only way of settling the Karabakh conflict.
