NKR Future Constitution Should Meet International Norms

PanARMENIAN.Net - The recurrent sitting of the NKR Constitutional Committee was held under the presidency of Nagorno Karabakh President Arkady Ghukasian. Two chapters of the draft Constitution were considered. Representatives of the legislative and executive powers, leaders of political forces took part in the discussions. At the suggestion of the NKR President, the expert group should study the remarks and proposals made during the discussion and prepare an appropriate conclusion. Arkady Ghukasian noted the future Constitution should meet the international norms and emphasized that the final draft of the Constitution will be submitted not only to the political forces and population of the NKR but also to the experts from Armenia and Diaspora, reported the press service of the NKR leader.
