Aliyev Intends to Solve Karabakh Conflict Based on National Interests

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri President Ilham Aliyev stated that "the question of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan is not subject to talks with Armenia over settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict." "Territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan are not subject to talks," Aliyev said on Tuesday in a statement addressed to Baku society during festivities over Novruz Bayram holiday.
