Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Peter Key (UK) and Jrzhi Aberle (the Czech Republic) held the monitoring from the positions of the NKR Defense Army. The monitoring was held in compliance with the schedule, no breaks of the cease-fire regime were registered. However, the Azeri party again failed to take the OSCE observers to its frontline.
