Russian Military Were Guarantors of Javakheti Armenians' Security

PanARMENIAN.Net - The withdrawal of the Russian military base from Akhalkalaki has a psychological motive for the Armenians of the region, Shirak Torosian, the head of "Javakhk" friendly association.
