On September 25 the delegation members will meet with the Ambassadors of the CoE member states, representatives of non-governmental organizations, Mayor of Yerevan Yervand Zakharyan, Minister of Territorial Administration Hovik Abrahamyan, Constitutional Court Chairman Gagik Harutyunyan and Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan. Besides, the delegation members will lay a wreath to the Memorial to the Armenian Genocide Victims.September 27 the guests are scheduled to meet with Justice Minister Davit Harutyunyan, Defense Minister Serge Sargsyan, Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan, Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian, Police Chief Hayk Harutyunyan, chairman of the Central Electoral Committee Gagik Azaryan and members of the National Committee on TV & Radio. September 28 the PACE Monitoring Committee members will hold meetings in the Armenian parliament. Meetings with National Assembly Speaker Tigran Torosian, members of the RA delegation to PACE, chairmen of several parliamentary commissions and opposition representatives are scheduled. The PACE members will also meet with Armenian President Robert Kocharian and Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan.
