PanARMENIAN.Net - The central topic of negotiations between Russian and Spanish Foreign Ministers in Moscow was Spain's chairmanship in OSCE in 2007. "I'd like to better learn Russia's interests and attitude as a very important member of this organization, as well expound the main priorities of our program to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
