Oskanian-Mammadyarov regular meeting expected late February

PanARMENIAN.Net - The recurrent meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers may be held late February, however the issue is still under discussion, OSCE Minsk Group Russian Co-chair Yuri Merzlyakov told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. In his words, any ministerial meeting is a small advance in coordination of basic principles of the talks on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.
