This event will prove development of relations between our states," Armenian President Robert Kocharian said at joint news conference with Iranian leader Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. "Both sides are entering a new stage of bilateral relations, which includes cooperation in banking sphere, protocol on construction of a water power plant on Araks River, construction of heat power plants," he said.
