PanARMENIAN.Net - October 21, Armenian Ambassador to France Edward Nalbandian and Mayor of Tours Jean Germain unveiled a monument to Armenian Genocide victims in the central square of Tours.

French MPs, former French minister of culture, leaders of Armenian Unions and representatives of local self-government attended the solemn ceremony.
