"Those countries with energy deficit wishing to build a nuclear power plant should gain experience first. Armenia is the only state in the region possessing experience and possibility to build a new nuclear reactor," he said. "The international community eased positions as regards the possibility of a new nuclear reactor construction and closure of the functioning NPP.
