Opposition, police collide in Yerevan again

PanARMENIAN.Net - A regular clash between the oppositionists and police took place at the crossroad of Mashtos and Grigor Lusavorish avenues. The demonstrators armed with iron sticks managed to shove the policemen aside. They also grasped rubber batons and shields from some policemen.



Some police cars were set on fire. Policemen used teargas. After the clash they were withdrawn from Mashtots avenue, IA Regnum reports.



Presently, the protesters are in front of the French Embassy. Law enforcers shot into the air with tracer bullets.
