PanARMENIAN.Net - Agreement on visa-free regime for persons with diplomatic passports has been signed between Armenia and Bulgaria. Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Bulgaria Vardan Oskanian and Solomon Passi signed the document in New York September 16.
