Iran asks Armenia's support to join UN Security Council?

PanARMENIAN.Net - Iran's Ambassador to Armenia Seyed Ali Saghaeyan handed RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian a letter from Iranian FM Manouchehr Mottaki, who asked for Armenia's support to enter the UN Security Council.



The officials discussed bilateral ties, Mr. Nalbandian's forthcoming visit to Iran and also referred to preparations for a meeting of commissions on Armenian-Iranian economic cooperation, Trend Azeri news agency reported with a reference to sources in Iran.
