Armenia, Monaco establish diplomatic relations

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met in Quebec with Monegasque Counsellor for External Relations Franck Biancheri, the RA MFA press office reported.



The top officials signed a protocol on establishment of diplomatic relations.
