Azerbaijan doesn't meddle in other countries' affairs

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan never meddles in other countries' affairs, Azeri President said.

"The decision to normalize relations was taken by Armenia and Turkey. As to Azerbaijan, it can reconsider its policy due to the new regional developments. Some sources say the Armenian-Turkish agreement includes preconditions, the others say there are not such. We must know what is going on," Ilham Aliyev said in Brussels.

"We want to know whether the Karabakh issue remained beyond the Turkish-Armenian reconciliation process," he said, the Azeri leader's press office reported.
