The Black Sea 2007-2013 Joint Operational Program is sponsored by the European Union under the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI) and the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) and co-funded by the participating countries, BSANNA NEWS reports.Expected to attend the event are officials and potential beneficiaries from the 10 participating countries - Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia - as well as officials of the European Commission and other international organizations operating in the Black Sea zone.
