Aparan will host festive events on May 28

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nig Aparan Expatriates Community will hold a number of events in honor of Bash Aparan defense.



"The event will start with a wreath laying ceremony at the memorial to Sedrak Chashyan and Drastamat Kanayan and a monument to Aparan volunteers who were killed during Artsakh liberation.



Sardarapat victory was wan on May 26, battles at Bash Aparan lasted till May 29. But, as on May 28, 1918, Turkish troops were hurled back from Armenia, this is the day we celebrate the victory,"



Nig Aparan Expatriates Community Head, Tigran Petrosyan told a news conference.
