CIS Defense Ministers to meet in Moscow

PanARMENIAN.Net - CIS Defense Ministers will meet in Moscow on Tuesday to consider over 20 items on military cooperation agenda.



"Multilateral military cooperation is the most important basis to strengthen security and neutralize threats," CIS Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev said.



The Ministers will outline conceptual approaches to military cooperation between the CIS member states till 2015, discuss creation of joint communication system and metrological assurance, security of flights and other issues, Khorav Tajik news agency reported.
