Brazil to enhance cooperation with Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 25, newly-appointed Brazilian Ambassador Marcela Maria Nicodemus handed here credentials to RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan. During the meeting, FM Nalbandyan expressed hope that new Ambassador would contribute to the strengthening of Armenian-Brazilian ties. Expressing her special sympathy for Armenia and Armenian people, Brazilian diplomat said that her country intends to undertake more active steps towards the development of cooperation with Armenia. Parties also touched upon issues of increasing effectiveness of political dialogue and mutual visits, enhancing economic -cultural and legal cooperation and inter-parliamentary relations, RA Foreign Ministry's press service reports.
