Armenians and Azeri will be unable to cohabitate in NKR, like French and Germans do in Alsace and Lorraine, as we belong to different civilizations. Cultural differences of nations, belonging to different civilizations, lead to differences, which almost always develop into conflicts," Vardan Khachatryan, Heritage Parliamentary Faction representative told a news conference, commenting on the possibility of peaceful coexistence of 2 nations in case of refugees' return to NKR.
