PanARMENIAN.Net - "NKR issue should be treated as international and not regional problem, since it could be regarded both from the viewpoint of nation's self determination right and decolonization process," "National Self-determination" Association Leader Paruyr Hayrikyan told a news conference.

Dwelling on Madrid principles, Hayrikyan characterized them as a next non-committal stage in the course of conflict settlement.
