Ankara and Yerevan are expected to sign protocols on Saturday in Zurich, but doubts have emerged in diplomatic circles the ceremony would take place because of pressure from the powerful Armenian Diaspora, as well as opposition within Armenia and to a certain extent in Turkey. Asked during a news conference whether the protocols would be signed on Saturday, as announced by Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan but not officially confirmed by Armenia, Davutoglu said: "I am not giving any dates. Let's wait for a statement from the Swiss.
