FOUR UNRECOGNIZED COUNTRIES' FOREIGN MINISTERS TO MEET IN SUKHUMIDecember 20, 2001 - 22:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The regular meeting of the foreign ministers of unrecognized countries will take place in Sukhumi in February 2002. The foreign ministers of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Prednistrovie, Abkhazia and South Osetia will participate in the summit. The agreement on the place where the meeting is to take place was achieved at the scientific conference organized by Russian Institute of the CIS countries in Moscow, on 12 December. Joint approaches to the security guarantees are planned to be developed at the Sukhumi meeting.![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
