LEADER OF TURKISH LIBERAL DEMOCRATS BESIM TIBUK SAYS HE IS "READY TO RENDER AID TO ARMENIA"

PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party of Turkey Besim Tibuk appeared with statement saying it was necessary to establish economic contacts between Ankara and Yerevan. Moreover, he stated about his personal readiness to render aid to Armenia. These statements by Tibuk caused extreme indignity in Azerbaijan. "Gyunay" newspaper being printed in Baku expressed its indignation that "some circles in Turkey, especially businessmen and dealers, tend towards establishing relations with Armenia." The paper recalls another Turkish statesman at that point, who also made a statement in favor of normalizing relations with Armenia.
