Eastern Turkey hit by 5.1 magnitude earthquake

PanARMENIAN.Net - An earthquake of 5.1 magnitude occurred near the eastern Turkish city of Bingol on Wednesday, data from the United States Geological Survey showed.



There were no immediate reports of death or damage.



The earthquake struck only weeks after a 6.0 magnitude earthquake killed dozens of people near the eastern Turkish city of Elazig, Reuters reported.
