ARFD representative expressed disagreement over the attitude of international structures ignoring NKR parliamentary elections, a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reported from Stepanakert.

“Whether or not the state is acknowledged, international structures must send in an observation mission to get acquainted with the domestic situation, thus guaranteeing adequate assessment. As to European Parliament resolution, it served to reveal the incompetence of the institution, rather than harm NKR,” Mr. Rustamyan emphasized.
