As reported by "Arminfo" agency, Manukian will arrive in Armenia on a business visit in the end of the year. King of knitted wear, as they call him, lately visited Yerevan, where he participated in celebrations dedicated to the 1700-th anniversary of adoption of Christianity in Armenia. Within the framework of the couturier's trip he profited by the occasion to familiarize himself with the local producers of knitted fabric and the works of Armenian young designers. Defile specially for Alen Manukian was organized by "Atex" fashion centre. In the organizers' words, the couturier was pleasantly surprised by the professional level of Yerevan modelers.
