CSTO Council to discuss rapid reaction mechanism![]() June 23, 2010 - 11:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Permanent Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will hold a meeting on June 24, 2010 to discuss the rapid reaction mechanism. Another key issue on the agenda is Afghanistan drug threat. Participants are also expected to consider a number of documents regulating formation and functioning of CSTO forces, the CSTO office in Yerevan reported. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
