  Azerbaijan tries to destabilize region by spreading lies September 14, 2010 - 11:17 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - The NKR Defense Army has refuted another misinformation disseminated by the Azeri media. “On September 13, Azerbaijani media reported that “an Armenian subversive group penetrated into the Azeri territory and one of the subversives was taken prisoner.” This information is untrue,” Defense Army of the Artsakh Republic said in a statement. “Azerbaijan tries to destabilize the region by spreading lies. It aims to mislead the international community and undermines peaceful efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group,” it said.   Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
